New! - Parent/Community Member Notification System

 With money from a Safe Schools grant, the message alert system, Leader Alert®, has been purchased and will be in operation for the 2008-09 school year. 

 What does this mean?

 Leader Alert® delivers mass voice, texting, and email messages.  This message alert system will be utilized in the event of school delays, cancellations or emergencies.  If you are the parent of a student in grades K-12, your contact information on file at school will be used for voice mail notification to your home phone.  It is important to keep the offices updated with any changes to your contact information. 

 If you would like to add additional means of contact:

      •      log on to www.leaderalert.com/hlschool
      •      
create your secure account
      •      
you may add up to 3 additional phone numbers with text messaging or voicemail options
      •      
you may also enter an email address if you wish to be notified electronically

 Community Notification

 Leader Alert® will also be utilized for notification and reminders of community meetings and events.  If you are a community member, but do not have children in school and would like to be notified electronically of community meetings and events, here’s how to participate:

      •     log on to https://www.surveymonkey.com/contactinfo

      •     complete the short survey to provide your contact information

 You will then be included on the email notification list for such events.
