Please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 when calling in a students absence, leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned into the office.

Speed Camp - All Athletes in Grades 7-12th. Any Athlete, from any sport, is welcome to attend. Speed camp will be in the Chieftain gym from 9-10:30 AM every Saturday until the end of March.

Computer Coding - Attention Girls in Grades 5th - 8th. If you're interested in attending lessons for "Computer Coding" at BGSU, please see Mrs. Arnold for information.

Hoopin for FACT - Raising money to benefit cancer patients in Seneca County with expenses. Girls Basketball Game is Tuesday, January 28th starting at 6:00, Boys Basketball Game is Saturday, February 1st at 4:00. Silent Auction, Raffles & Bake Sale

Class of 2020 Fundraiser - STILL AVAILABLE...Outdoor/Indoor "Chieftain Nation" Metal Sign. 2 colors with Chieftain head-on white metal, 18x24 and only $20 each. Signs are available in the office.

CCP - Mrs. Arnold needs a copy of the syllabus for EACH class that you take. An envelope will be in the office for you to place a copy of your syllabus inside.  She also needs copies from courses taken the first semester, if you still have them. Immunization Records: Are you a 7th grader or 12th grader and got your required shots this year?  We need a copy of your shot records in the office, please bring in ASAP. If you are unsure if we have your current records on hand, please call into the office to check on it. This is only for 7th and 12th graders.

Sports passes -are available now in the office. Adults are $50 for $10 punches and Students are $30 for 10 punches.  Save money and buy your sports pass in the office.

Final Forms - Please access Final Forms ASAP and update and sign all documents, as a parent and student. It's very important to always keep this information accurate and current as this is the emergency contact information we use, as well as all mailing labels, get generated with the information you provide when we mail out report cards, notes, and letters throughout the school year.

Student Parking Permits - All students that drive to school must park in the student parking lot and have a 2019-2020 parking permit displayed on the rearview mirror. Parking permits are handed out in the school office.

Scholarships - Seniors please check the scholarship page on the guidance website. New ones are being added including the North Central Electric.

HOBY - 2020 Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership. What: HOBY, The Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership is one of the oldest and most prominent youth leadership organizations in the world. The seminar is for a student who feels they are a strong leader, has the courage to speak up their beliefs, has concern for others, and is interested in improving their skills in critical thinking, goal setting, and would like to realize the importance of enhancing their leadership skills. WHO: Current Sophomores WHEN: Approximately June 6-9, 2020 - you must be able to stay the entire time. The exact date will come out on November 16, 2019, WHERE: Ohio Northern University for more information, visit www.hoby.org. See Mrs. Hendrix in the guidance office or talk to Peyton Burns our representative last year.

Seniors - you are required to have 20 hours of Community Service for Graduation. Those hours are due no later than March 13, 2020. Please turn those into Mrs. Hendrix or Mrs. Hoffman. If you are struggling to get service hours please see Mrs. Hendrix. Also, stop and see Mrs. Hoffman for dates/times of concession stand.

REMINDER: Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
