Please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 when calling in a students absence, leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned into the office.

***Important Dates***

Thursday, March 19th - 3rd Quarter Report cards will be posted in Progress Book, they will not be mailed out this quarter.

CONGRATULATIONS to the following: Caden Crawford for making it to State in Wrestling. Our Concert Band for making it to State Large Group. Jordyn Jury, Travis Milligan, Lennah Fox, Kenzie Coleman and Morgan Searles being selected to the 48th Annual Fostoria Boosters All-Star game. Jordyn Jury, Morgan Searles and Lennah Fox for being selected to represent HL for the Sandusky Bay Conference All-Star Game.  Although all of these events were cancelled, we are still very much proud of them all! 
Starting tomorrow, March 18th will begin online lessons for students. Teachers will be available from 9:00 am - 1:00 PM Monday - Friday online for questions. Our school office is now closed, including no phone calls. Email is always the best line of communication for parents and students for now. Thank you for your patience as we transition into this new process.
SENIORS- The following scholarships on Mrs. Hendrix webpage are through the Tiffin Charitable Foundation. She received this update from them today regarding the scholarships they oversee: Bascom Communications Memorial Scholarship, Mary Lou Schultz Memorial Scholarship, Fred & Debbie Spurek Scholarship Fund, The Roland Zimmerman Inspiration Scholarship, Umadevi & Dr. Prasad Kakarla Seneca Co. Scholarship (NEW).
For this scholarship instead of turning them into Mrs. Hendrix they will be accepting the scholarships in their office either by mail to 31 S. For the students that have already turned their scholarship into Mrs. Hendrix, rest assured Mrs. Hendrix put those in the mail yesterday to the Tiffin Charitable Foundation. If you need a transcript, be sure to email Mrs. Hendrix, she can still email them to you.

SENIORS- If you haven't ordered your Cap, Gown, and Tassel, or you're wearing a siblings Cap and Gown, and you only need a tassel, those orders need to be placed no later than March 30th at www.jostens.com or they will not arrive before Graduation. Final Forms - There are still Parents and/or students that have not signed their forms. Please check your email, and complete the forms if you received a reminder. Thanks

Final Forms - Please access Final Forms ASAP and update and sign all documents, as a parent and student. It's very important to always keep this information accurate and current as this is the emergency contact information we use, as well as all mailing labels, get generated with the information you provide when we mail out report cards, notes, and letters throughout the school year.

Student Parking Permits - All students that drive to school must park in the student parking lot and have a 2019-2020 parking permit displayed on the rearview mirror. Parking permits are handed out in the school office.

REMINDER: Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
